Tcl Qled Tv Grievance
I was worried when I bought a TCL QLED TV, and I now wish I had spent a few more cents on a well-known brand. The screen came in pieces. During installation, the service had already opened the package. They saw that the panel was broken and made a report about it. The broken TV has been in the middle of my living room since March 14. I can't connect it to the Internet, and I need a TV to use at home. I've called 50 times customer service to find out when it will be fixed, but no one seems to know. They should give me my money back because I am not happy with their product and service. I won't buy from them again.
