About a year ago, I purchased a TCL brand television which started malfunctioning a month ago. The authorized service center came and took it for repairs. After 10 days, they returned it claiming that it was fixed. However, this time green lines appeared on the screen, so they took it back again. Another week went by without any updates. When I contacted them, they said it was sent to the factory, but they couldn't provide any information. They asked me to call them for updates. However, when I reached out to customer service, they refused to provide any details, promising to call me back each time. It has been over a month now, and there is neither a TV nor any information available. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I will never trust the TCL brand again.
