There Is Serious Confusion In Fast-moving Images On TCL 65c835 Miniled QLED TV

I bought a TCL 65c835 Miniled QLED TV. I noticed that there is serious confusion and image confusion in fast-moving images, especially in Dolbyvision and HDR+ images on the TV. The blurring around moving objects becomes blurred. I thought it was related to the TV broadcast and the video, but Youtube.com Netflix Amazon normal TV channel is having the same problem in all kinds of broadcasts, I started to get annoyed I don't know what to do. Seeing it happens on all platforms I realized it is about the Tv, yet of course I can't really figure out what it really is. The experts or whoever is in charge should help me right away.
