Defective Arrival Of TCL 55P635 TV, They Owe Me a Replacement
I purchased a TCL 55P635 model TV from the seller Alicandanal through the Hepsiburada app on November 26, 2023. The TV arrived on December 1, and after Baran Elektrik's technician performed the installation on December 4, we noticed a black spot on the screen when the TV was turned on. The technician recorded the issue and reported it to the relevant parties. On December 1, I contacted Baran Elektrik service to request a replacement, but four days have passed, and there has been no response. I also explained the situation to TCL customer service, and they assured me that they would expedite the process and provide a prompt response, but there has been no follow-up. I am waiting for a response from TCL and requesting a replacement for the defective product as soon as possible.
