Tchibo Sim Card Registration Error
I purchased a Tchibo SIM card from a supermarket, but I couldn't register it due to being Turkish and having a special passport (which they claimed was not acceptable, even though it makes no sense). It's been four days since I bought the SIM card, and I still can't use it. Whether you're Turkish or not, the customer service was extremely rude; the representative abruptly ended the call without addressing the issue. Tchibo markets were equally unhelpful, with employees lacking knowledge. They insisted I go to the post office with a specific coupon to activate my SIM card. To sum it up, if you don't want to waste time dealing with a simple SIM card, never choose Tchibo.
Dear Sir/Madam, We have spoken with our customer and provided the necessary information. Tchibo Customer Service
Could you somehow reach your Germany branch? I am leaving the country tomorrow, and I still have the SIM card I bought 5 days ago. I went to the place where I bought it, but they didn't accept the return and told me to contact Tchibo. I can't reach them. You are the authorized party, so it is more likely and easier for you to get in touch. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
