Tchibo Delayed Shipping My Coffee Machine and Capsules for Two Weeks
I ordered a Tchibo coffee capsule and machine through a promotion, but it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received it or any updates on my order. I ordered on March 4, and I was promised that it would be shipped within 1-2 business days at the time of purchase. I issued my invoice 14 days ago, and I'm still waiting for any updates on my order. I’ve reached out several times, but I still haven’t gotten a definitive answer. It's really disappointing to be kept in the dark without any updates. I should have been notified about any delays instead of being left uninformed. I would appreciate prompt shipping of my order or, at the very least, an explanation regarding this situation.
