I’ve been using my Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine without issues for 1.5 years, but today the lid suddenly won’t open, as if something is stuck inside. Additionally, the red light keeps flashing, and the machine makes sounds like it's about to work, but nothing happens when I press the buttons. The water tank is full, yet these problems persist.
