I use the Tashan Win colour prediction service on Telegram and I am having a serious problem with withdrawing my money via bank transfer. On 24 February, I created withdrawal requests for a total of 4,000: 1,000 twice and 2,000 once, using the bank transfer option. Although these withdrawals appear in the system, their status has only been shown as “processing” since that date and the money has not been transferred to my bank account. After this delay, when I contacted them on Telegram, I was told that I must pay an additional 3,660.60 as “GST” in order to complete my withdrawal, and they also said that if I do not pay this GST amount, my withdrawal will not be processed at all. I find it completely unacceptable that I am being forced to pay extra and that my own balance is being blocked in this way. I request that the total amount of 4,000 from my pending withdrawal requests be immediately and fully transferred to my bank account without asking for any extra GST or additional charges and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this situation. My UID and account details can be shared securely with you if needed for verification. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can use or withdraw my own balance without any problems.
