Tashanwin Withdrawal Completed but Not Received – ₹30,000 Missing



I am a user of the Tashanwin game, and I want to report a serious issue regarding a withdrawal that is marked as completed in the app but has not been credited to my bank account.
On March 29, 2026, at 9:22:53 p.m., I initiated a withdrawal of ₹30,000 from my Tashanwin account to my Bank of Baroda account. In the Tashanwin app, this withdrawal is still shown with the status “Completed.” However, the amount has not been credited to my bank account, and there is no record of this transaction in my bank statement.
I have carefully checked my bank statement, and there is no entry showing this ₹30,000 credit. My Tashanwin user ID is 753590, and the order number for this withdrawal is W2026033017748856235210.
I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but it has not been resolved. I also have screenshots showing the “Completed” status in the app as well as my bank statement confirming that the transaction is missing.
I request that this transaction be urgently traced and that the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number be shared with me so I can verify it with my bank. If the transaction has failed or has not reached my account, I request that the ₹30,000 be immediately credited back to my Tashanwin wallet without any further delay.
I kindly ask that this matter be treated as urgent and that I receive a clear update and resolution as soon as possible.
