Tashanwin Withdrawal IDs Pending and Money Still Not Reached Bank

I have a problem with a withdrawal related to my Bank of Baroda account and the gaming website/app Tashanwin (https://tashanwin.com.de). I tried to withdraw a total amount of ₹4,855 from my Tashanwin game balance to my Bank of Baroda account, but the withdrawal is still pending and the money has not reached my bank account. I have transaction IDs such as W2026012817696175284124 and W2026012817696132536496 for these withdrawal attempts. The money is stuck in pending status in the game, and I have not received any SMS, email, or clear information from either Tashanwin or Bank of Baroda about the success, failure, or reversal of these transactions. As a result, my amount of ₹4,855 is blocked, and I cannot use it. I request that this issue be checked urgently. I want the pending withdrawal amount of ₹4,855 to be either successfully credited to my Bank of Baroda account or immediately reversed back to my game balance, and I would also like a clear explanation of why these withdrawals are still pending.
