Tashan Win Withdrawals Completed But Not Received

I am writing regarding a serious issue I faced with the Tashan Win app concerning my withdrawals and various charges taken from my bank accounts. Today, at around 3 PM, I made three separate withdrawal requests from the Tashan Win app, for amounts of ₹50,000, ₹10,000 and ₹50,000. In the app, all of these withdrawals are shown as “transfer completed”, but none of these amounts have been credited to my bank account or UPI account. Despite the status showing as completed, there is no corresponding credit in my bank or UPI, which is causing me great concern. In addition to this, I have lost around ₹27,000 due to various charges such as first-time withdrawal charges, account verification charges and similar fees. These amounts were not deducted from my in-app wallet balance but directly from my SBI and HDFC bank accounts. I did not receive any proper service or successful withdrawal in return for these high charges, and there has been no clear explanation or support. I tried to reach the Tashan Win app customer support, but I have received no response so far. Because of these issues, I have stopped using the app and have not spent any more money after noticing the problem. I request that the total withdrawal amounts of ₹50,000 + ₹10,000 + ₹50,000 be immediately credited to my account as shown in the app. If, for any reason, these withdrawals cannot be processed, then I want my original money, including the amounts taken as various charges from my SBI and HDFC accounts (around ₹27,000), to be fully refunded. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and in a transparent manner.
