Tashan Win Did Not Credit My ₹500 Google Pay Deposit

I am a user of the Tashan Win app, which I downloaded through a Telegram link. On February 22, 2026, at approximately 12:30 PM, I deposited ₹500 into my Tashan Win wallet via UPI using Google Pay.
The amount was successfully debited from my Google Pay account, and the deposit history in the app shows the status as “paid.” However, the ₹500 has still not been credited to my Tashan Win wallet. The payment was made using UPI with transaction ID 641937214551 and Google transaction ID CICAgJjd-p_lVg.
Although the payment is clearly completed on my end with valid transaction details, the balance is not reflected in my Tashan Win wallet. As a result, I am unable to use the funds I have already paid.
Additionally, the customer service option within the Tashan Win app is not functioning, so I cannot contact support directly through the app. I therefore reached out to Tashan Win customer support on Telegram and explained that ₹500 had been deducted from my Google Pay account and marked as “paid” in the app. However, instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, they told me to deposit an additional ₹2,000, claiming that a total of ₹2,500 would then be added to my wallet.
This response is completely unacceptable and unrelated to my original ₹500 deposit issue. It makes me feel misled and raises serious concerns about potential fraudulent behavior.
I request that the ₹500 deposited on February 22, 2026, at approximately 12:30 PM be immediately credited to my Tashan Win wallet based on the UPI transaction details provided above. If this is not possible, I demand that the full amount be refunded to my bank account without further delay.
If necessary, I am prepared to provide all transaction proof and chat screenshots to the appropriate authorities. I expect a clear explanation and a fair, prompt resolution—without being asked to deposit any additional money.
