Tashan Win Withdrawal Pending

I am writing to raise a complaint about Tashan Win’s online service regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for an unacceptably long time. On 22 March, I requested a withdrawal of 25,000 through the Tashan Win website to my UPI account. Since that date, the withdrawal has still not been processed and the funds have not been credited to me. This is my first ever withdrawal attempt from Tashan Win, and encountering such a problem at the very first transaction is extremely worrying. When I try to reach Tashan Win customer service through the app, the customer service section does not open, so I am unable to contact any support representative or get any information about the status of my withdrawal. Because of this situation, my money is stuck and I have no official explanation or timeline for when the withdrawal will be processed. I request that my 25,000 withdrawal be completed as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the status of my funds.
