I am writing regarding two deposits I made to Yayapay INR on Tashan Win from my bank account, which have still not been credited.
On February 12, 2026, I deposited ₹160 to Yayapay INR through the PhonePe app. Then, on February 14, 2026, I deposited an additional ₹390 through the Paytm app. However, neither of these amounts has been credited to my Tashan Win account.
Both payments were successfully debited from my bank account, but the balance is not reflected on Tashan Win. I have all transaction details and screenshots for both payments and can provide them if necessary.
I request that the missing ₹160 and ₹390 be promptly traced and either credited to my Tashan Win/Yayapay INR wallet or refunded to my bank account after verification. I also request a clear explanation as to why these deposits were not credited despite successful payment from my side.
