₹500 PhonePe Transfer Stuck on Tashan Win Game Account

I am raising this complaint regarding a deposit issue with Tashan Win Game. On 20/12/2025 at 10:56 pm, I transferred ₹500 via PhonePe to my Tashan Win Game account, but the amount has still not been credited as expected. The transaction details are as follows: UTR number 4444923924** and reference number RC2025122022545846758243c. The money has been debited from my side, but it has not been reflected in my Tashan Win Game balance, nor have I received any helpful update or resolution. My Tashan Win Game account is registered in the name of Gopal Verma and linked to the mobile number 9424993049. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that the missing ₹500 either be credited to my Tashan Win Game wallet or refunded back to my original payment source as soon as possible.
