I'm facing a persistent issue trying to redeem my diamonds on Tango. Every time I attempt, it gets rejected. I received a message stating, "It appears that your redeem has been rejected due to the financial review. Your account is currently under financial review. One of our managers will contact you shortly with more information." This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I'm seeking help to finally redeem my coins. It's concerning that my account is under financial review without a clear explanation. I hope to resolve this soon.
