Unblock My Device Please

I use Tango on my Android device with the account name “Queen ivy” mainly for live streaming, chatting, video calls and sending pictures. This morning, when I tried to open Tango, I was suddenly met with a screen saying “Your device has been blocked. For more details please read Tango Guidelines” with a “Read Guidelines” button, and I have not been able to access my account from this device since then. Before this incident I did not receive any warning, restriction notice or ban message from Tango about my behavior or content. I therefore do not know what my supposed offense is and why my device has been blocked. I believe this block was applied without any prior notice or clear explanation. I request that my device be unblocked as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for this block and which guideline was allegedly violated. If I made any mistake, I am ready to correct it, but I want this issue to be reviewed urgently and my access to Tango to be restored.
