Tango Suspended My Account - I Cannot Access My Remaining Balance

My Tango account was suddenly suspended without any explanation. There was a small amount of money left in the account, and now I can’t access it. I urgently want my account to be reopened, even if it’s just to withdraw my remaining balance — after that, whether the account stays open or not doesn’t matter as much. Please reopen my Tango account as soon as possible. Also, I would like clear guidance on what steps I need to take to prevent future suspensions. I hope this issue is resolved quickly.
