Tango Account Suspended Without Warning, Funds Locked
I recently opened a Tango account, and within a week, it was suspended without any prior warning or explanation. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I had funds in the account that I cannot access now. I never received any alerts or notifications about potential issues with my account. How is it acceptable to suspend an account so abruptly?
At the very least, users should receive one or two warnings before any action is taken. This sudden suspension without any communication feels unfair and unprofessional. I demand that my account be reactivated immediately so I can access my funds.
Tango has always been a reliable platform, so this experience is deeply disappointing. I strongly urge the support team to resolve this issue and improve communication with users to prevent similar situations. Please assist me in restoring my account as soon as possible.
