Tango! Please Lift the Ban on My Device and Account!

My device was blocked by Tango services, and my account was suspended as well. This happened two months ago when I suddenly lost access to live streams and video calls. I kindly ask for your help to unblock my device and lift the ban as soon as possible. I don’t understand why this happened to me, and if any illegal or unwanted activities were performed by me or by someone else using this phone, I sincerely apologize. I regret the situation and unconditionally assure you that it will not happen again.
