Tango Live Blocked My Device

I am unable to access my Tango Live account because I keep receiving a "Your device has been blocked" message. I have no idea why this happened, and I am requesting assistance to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If there was a mistake on my part, I sincerely apologize and ask for a second chance. I have been a dedicated user and would really appreciate it if my account could be reactivated.
I am hoping for a fair and understanding review of my case. Please look into this matter and help restore my access. I look forward to hearing back from the Tango support team soon.
