Tango Live Support Not Responding After Device Ban

On March 15, 2025, my iPhone 14 was banned on the Tango Live app without any explanation. When I try to use the app, I see that my device has been blocked, yet no warning, message, or reason was ever provided to me.

I believe this action is unfair, and since no clear justification has been shared, I am experiencing a serious inconvenience. Even though I contacted the Tango Live support team, I have not received any response so far.

I request that the ban placed on my iPhone 14 be lifted immediately so that I can regain access to my Tango Live account.
