Tango Account Suspended During Live Stream Without Explanation
I am writing to report that my Tango account was suddenly suspended while I was using the application. Yesterday, I was in the middle of a live broadcast when the stream was abruptly closed and I immediately received a notification stating that my account had been suspended. After this, I contacted Tango support by email to understand the reason for the suspension and to resolve the issue, but I oamahave not received any response so far. I have not been given any explanation about which rule I allegedly violated or why this action was taken against my account. I kindly request that my Tango account be restored as soon as possible and that any penalties applied to my account be removed. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the suspension.
I don't want to leave Tango.
