Tango Error Code 103 Prevents Broadcaster From Withdrawing Money

I am a broadcaster on the Tango app from Pakistan and I am facing two serious issues: my withdrawal was rejected with error code 103, and my live broadcasting has been banned without any prior warning. My Tango ID is @saberkestrel-837738 and my registered email address is ranitooba**@gmai.com. Recently I requested a withdrawal of approximately 36 dollars to my bank account, but Tango rejected my withdrawal and marked it with reason code 103. I received no clear explanation of what this code means or what exactly is allegedly wrong with my account or with this withdrawal. After that, my live stream was suddenly shut down by Tango Moderation with a note saying that my live was closed due to a guidelines violation. I want to clearly state that I have never intentionally violated Tango’s terms of service or community guidelines, and I did not receive any warning or detailed explanation before my live access was blocked. According to the message I got, the issue seems related to a suspicious sender. I want to clarify that I do not know this sender personally and have no connection with them. As a broadcaster, I cannot control who joins my live stream or who chooses to send me gifts, coins or diamonds. Punishing me for a suspicious viewer’s actions is unfair because I worked hard and spent a lot of time building my broadcasts and earnings. I kindly request that my account and my broadcasts be manually reviewed in detail. If there is a specific suspicious user whose gifts are problematic, I ask that you deduct the coins or diamonds sent by that user if needed, but please release the rest of my legitimate earnings, including the rejected withdrawal of around 36 dollars. I also request that my live broadcasting rights be restored so that I can continue using Tango in line with your rules. I have already sent you many emails about these issues, but I have not received any reply so far. I am asking you to review my case carefully, explain clearly why error code 103 was applied and why my live was banned, and resolve this situation by restoring my live access and releasing my rightful funds.
