Tango Repeatedly Declines My Withdrawal Despite Having Available Earn

I am a streamer on Tango Live and receive earnings in the form of gifts. On 17 September, I submitted a withdrawal request of around 50 dollars from my earnings balance. This request has now been rejected twice, with a reject reason code, and the message on the app states that my account is currently under content review by Tango’s moderation team. I contacted Tango Live support regarding the content review status and the repeated rejection of my withdrawal, but I have not received any response from them so far. I have not been given any explanation as to what is under review, whether I have violated any rule, or how long this process will take. I request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible, that a clear explanation be provided about the reason for the review and the withdrawal rejections, and that my approximately 50‑dollar earnings be paid to me without any further delay if there is no proven violation on my side.
