Tango Account Suspended with Device Ban – No Response from Customer Service

My Tango account has been suspended, and I received a device ban, but I have no idea why. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but they haven’t provided any assistance or explanation. I need to know whether my account will be reinstated or if it will remain permanently banned.
