My Tango account has been suspended, and I received a device ban, but I have no idea why. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but they haven’t provided any assistance or explanation. I need to know whether my account will be reinstated or if it will remain permanently banned.

Tango, please offer some clarity on the suspension reason and a path forward to resolve this issue. I urgently request a response and a solution.
