Tango Not Allowing Me to Access My Funds
I have been an active Tango user for over three years, and on February 23, I experienced a serious issue with my account. I requested a withdrawal of $28 from my Tango balance, and shortly after, the withdrawal status changed to “under review.” Within a short time, my account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning or clear explanation. Because of this suspension, I cannot even log into the app to contact support or open a ticket about my problem. I also do not know any official Tango support email to reach out to, so I am completely blocked from both my account and my funds. My Tango account is registered with the email address berryva***@gmail.com and the username Lily. I am requesting that my Tango account be reactivated and that my pending $28 withdrawal be reviewed and approved, or at least that I receive a clear explanation and solution regarding both the suspension and my balance. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as I have used Tango for years and find this situation very unfair and distressing.
My account is still not working and remains suspended. Please, I need a solution.
