Tango Account Suspended After Nephew Appeared on Camera

I am writing regarding the suspension of my Tango account on my Android phone. The account is registered with the phone number 01505749*** and the email address fawziwa***@gmail.com, and the profile name on the account is “Doctor”. On the same day I am submitting this complaint, at approximately between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m., the account was suddenly suspended with a message stating that the account was locked because a child appeared on camera. The child seen was my nephew, and the situation was not intentional or against any rules as far as I know. The suspension happened immediately, without any prior warning or chance to explain. Because of this, I have been significantly inconvenienced and upset, as I use this account and do not believe I committed any deliberate violation. I kindly request that you review this suspension in detail, reconsider the decision, and reactivate my Tango account so I can use it normally again.
