Tango Account Suspended Without Explanation – Request Account Reactivation

I am a long‑time user of the Tango Android application and today my account was suddenly suspended. There was no prior warning and I did not receive any clear explanation on the screen beyond the generic “Account Suspended” notice. I did not see any specific information about which rule I may have violated. My Tango account is registered with the email address dia***@gmail.com. The only unusual action before the suspension was that I sent a video to a friend, but I do not know if this is related and I do not understand which guideline this could have breached. I respect Tango’s rules and I am fully willing to comply with all policies. I kindly request that my account suspension be reviewed, that I be informed clearly about the reason for this action, and that my account be reactivated if possible. As a long‑time user who wants to continue using Tango in line with your policies, I ask you to please give me another chance and help me understand what went wrong so I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
