Tango Account and Devices Blocked After Niece Appeared on Live Stream

2

Hello, Tango Support Team. I am writing to ask you to review the blocking of my account and my devices related to using Tango live streaming. The blocking affected three of my devices: two iPhone 11 and one iPhone 14 Pro Max. The block was applied around 14–17 April after a live stream where another person appeared in the frame. During that stream my 16‑year‑old niece accidentally entered the frame for a short time. We were both fully clothed, the stream was of a normal everyday nature and did not contain any prohibited or unsafe content. I have been on Tango for more than six years and this is the first time I have faced any blocking. I did not intentionally violate community rules, and I believe this situation was a misunderstanding caused by an overly strict interpretation of the presence of another person in the frame. I kindly ask you to recheck this episode, remove the block from my devices (two iPhone 11 and one iPhone 14 Pro Max) and restore my access to the service. In the future I will be even more careful to ensure that no other people appear in my broadcasts. If needed, I am ready to provide additional information to confirm my identity. Thank you in advance for your help and understanding. Best regards, Oksana
