I Sent Gifts on Tango but Got Muted or Kicked—Unfair and Unmonitored Broadcasters
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of control and fairness on the Tango platform. As a user, I’ve sent gifts to several streamers with the expectation that they would fulfill their promised interactions—like showing a video or offering engagement in return. However, many broadcasters take the gifts and then immediately mute viewers, remove them from the stream, or completely ignore them. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a form of exploitation.
There’s no clear reporting system to hold these streamers accountable, and the app doesn't seem to monitor this type of abuse. If someone pays with coins, they deserve the service they were led to believe they would receive.
I strongly recommend that Tango implement a two-step confirmation system for gifting: viewers should confirm the gift only after the promised content is delivered. Otherwise, it feels like being tricked out of money. I demand that Tango take action to protect users from these dishonest streamers and create a fairer system that ensures accountability.
