My OnlyFans Account Is Frozen, Preventing Me From Interacting With Creators

I have been an OnlyFans subscriber for about a year, and my account linked to the email address rickiejriv***@hotmail.com has become almost completely unusable. Since Friday, October 9, I can only see the main page when I log in, but I cannot subscribe to anyone, send tips, send messages, send friend or follow requests, or interact with any creators or friends at all. It feels like my account is there but I cannot really use it, as if it is frozen and useless. I tried updating my main account information and my email, logging out and back in, and accessing my account from different devices and browsers, but nothing has changed and the issue has continued for several days. Because of this problem, I also cannot properly reach support through the platform, as the page seems stuck and does not let me perform actions. This situation is very frustrating for me, because I am not only paying for a service I cannot use, but I also have friends and ongoing interactions on the platform that I cannot access anymore. I request that my account be checked in detail, that any technical or account restriction causing this be clearly explained to me, and that full access and functionality be restored as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I ask for information about a refund or other fair solution for the time I have not been able to use my account.
