Turkcell Has Provided Almost No Usable Signal in Our Village

I live in Ayvatlı village in the Sulakyurt district of Kırıkkale and for the last four years it has become very difficult to even get a 2G Turkcell signal here. Most of the time there is no reception at all or the internet is so weak that it is practically unusable. I have also documented the situation with screenshots, including speed test results showing the low speeds despite being connected through Turkcell. Although this problem has been ongoing for years, there has been no improvement in the coverage or service quality in our village. Unfortunately, when you do not have money, political connections or influence, it feels like this problem is simply being ignored. If Turkcell’s current investment budget does not allow installing a new 5G base station in our area, we would at least expect you to provide proper service by installing a decommissioned or relocated 4.5G base station from cities such as Ankara or Istanbul, so that our basic communication and internet needs can finally be met. I request that Turkcell urgently improves its signal coverage and internet quality in Ayvatlı village in Sulakyurt, Kırıkkale, and takes the necessary technical steps so that we can receive a stable and usable service like other customers. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this issue has not been resolved for such a long time.
