I hold a Garanti BBVA Paracard Bonus ending with 1533, and I recently received two SMS alerts — about 10 days apart — indicating that payments were attempted for transactions labeled Google Tango Live and Google badkittysdad. I have no connection whatsoever with these games or applications, and the fact that someone tried to withdraw money from my account has made me very concerned.
As soon as I noticed these transactions, I reported the issue to the bank, but so far, no cancellation or security action has been taken regarding my card. Although no money has been withdrawn from my account yet, I’m worried that these unauthorized attempts may continue. I’m also unsure whether my card is enabled for online or international transactions and would like clarification on this.
I request that my card’s security be ensured, that these suspicious transactions be permanently blocked, and that I receive a detailed explanation regarding my account’s security settings and protection measures.
