I am writing to report a serious case of harassment from a user named “Kareliii” on the Tango Plus app. Today, this individual not only targeted me with extremely offensive and abusive messages during a live stream, but also went as far as contacting my father using multiple different phone numbers. He somehow obtained my father's personal phone number and began repeatedly calling and harassing him as well.
Although I blocked the user through the app, the harassment continues from various phone numbers. I have no idea how to get in touch with Tango Plus support, and the app provides no clear option for reporting or escalating such serious abuse.
I’m urgently requesting that the Tango Plus support team investigate the account associated with the username “Kareliii.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and steps must be taken immediately to prevent further harassment. Please review this user’s activity, issue a warning or suspension, and implement safeguards to protect users from ongoing abuse.
