Tango Verification Link Not Showing At All

I am writing regarding an issue I have been experiencing with my Tango account verification for the past two months, which is preventing me from fully accessing my account and using the platform as I normally do. I am a frequent user of Tango and have successfully logged into this account many times before, but recently I have been unable to complete the verification process. My Tango user ID is: https://tango.me/hellokitt76, and the phone number registered to this account is 07053381776. When I try to log in and complete the verification, the verification link does not appear at all, so I am unable to proceed and finish accessing my account. Because of this, I cannot use the platform properly, which is very frustrating given how often I use it. I have already contacted Tango support several times through both the app and email, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my account be checked and that a working verification link be sent to me so I can regain full access to my Tango account as soon as possible. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
