If you think that your Tandem account was banned by mistake, write a message to [email protected] that describes your position and any other information that might be useful.The Community Safety Team will look over your request and let you know what to do next.

While you wait for an answer, make sure you understand Tandem's Community Principles and Language Parties Guidelines to avoid confusion in the future. These rules explain what kind of behaviour and content is okay in the group.
