Tandem Closed My Premium Account Without Reason After Payment

I was using the Tandem app on Android with the username fktz under a Premium subscription. Three days ago, I purchased a Premium membership via Turkcell payment. However, today my account was suddenly suspended without any reason and without any prior warning. The only message I received was that my account had been closed because of a single user report.

I immediately contacted Tandem support via email, but I have not received any response so far.

It is unacceptable that my account has been closed despite not violating any rules and that I cannot access a service I already paid for. I request that my account be reactivated immediately or that my payment be refunded.

I live in Istanbul, Fatih, and I expect my issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
