Tandem Account Wrongly Banned Due to Misunderstanding – Requesting Ban Removal

I mistakenly reported my friend on Tandem, and as a result, their account was banned. They didn’t do anything against the app’s guidelines; this was entirely a misunderstanding. I would like their ban to be lifted so I can reconnect with them.

I’m reaching out to Tandem support to address this unfair situation and ask that their account be restored. I hope Tandem will correct this mistake and allow my friend to use the app again.
