Tandem Banned My Account After 7 Years Without Clear Reason

I have been an active Tandem user for approximately seven years, and I recently purchased a Pro subscription. At first, I used a monthly plan costing approximately $5 for 3–4 months. I then purchased an annual subscription for approximately $14 after receiving an offer from Tandem. Despite this, my account was unfairly banned even though I did not engage in any behavior that violated the app’s community guidelines.

My first account was closed around September 15 for allegedly violating the community guidelines. I then created another account, but that second account was also banned on September 23 under similar circumstances. I believe some users may be able to manipulate the system by submitting unfair reports based on personal jealousy or disagreements, and that accounts can be suspended too easily based on such reports. I believe this situation is affecting not only me but also many other users.

Although the message shown to me states that I violated the community guidelines, I did not engage in any behavior that violated Tandem’s rules. The money I paid for my Pro subscriptions has effectively been wasted because I cannot use the service. Moreover, despite such a serious penalty and the emails I have sent to the support team, I have not received any response for seven days, and the process is moving extremely slowly.

For all of these reasons, I request that my Tandem account registered under n*******@gmail.com be reviewed and that the unfair ban be removed so my account can be restored. If restoring my account is not considered possible, I request a refund of the Pro subscription fees for a service I am currently unable to use. I expect account bans to be handled through a fairer, more transparent, and manual review process rather than relying solely on automated systems and user reports.
