Tandem Account Banned Without Explanation - Request For Proper Review

I was permanently banned from Tandem without any prior warning or any clear explanation of which policy I supposedly violated. Even though I submitted multiple support tickets and provided evidence showing that my interactions were respectful and within the platform’s guidelines, I only receive automated responses and the same message over and over again, with no proper investigation. I kindly request that my case be reviewed thoroughly and that my account be reinstated if no valid violation is found.
