Cancel Sweetmax Subscription

I recently discovered that a service called Sweet Max attempted to charge my Apple Pay account 24.99, even though I have never installed their app or knowingly subscribed to their service. In the transaction history, I can see repeated payment attempts to Sweetmax-1191 for 24.99, which were declined due to insufficient funds. Since I did not authorize any subscription or purchase from Sweet Max, I consider these attempts to be completely unauthorized and very concerning. I contacted Apple and my bank about this situation and was told to reach out through your platform to resolve the issue. I request that any existing Sweet Max subscription or payment agreement linked to my Apple Pay be immediately cancelled and that any active or future charges be completely blocked. I also ask for my account and payment details to be checked and secured so that no further unauthorized attempts can be made.
