All three of my applications submitted through the Swatch website for the Swatch X Omega Bioceramic MoonSwatch Mission to the Moon 1969 Limited Edition watch were rejected without any justification provided. Despite submitting applications under three different individuals' names, receiving only a generic "rejection" email for every single one creates both an illogical and disturbing situation for consumers, leaving me feeling clearly wronged throughout this process.
The emails sent to me contain no explanation, criteria details, or additional information regarding why the applications were declined. Consequently, I am unable to understand the basis of the evaluation process or how candidates were selected, leading me to believe I have been subjected to an entirely arbitrary selection process.
Because I genuinely wish to own this specific model and firmly believe I met all applicable requirements, I demand that Swatch re-evaluate my applications against objective criteria and approve at least one of them. Otherwise, I will actively voice the unfairness and grievances I experienced across all relevant platforms. Furthermore, I request that clear selection criteria be communicated to customers in advance for such campaigns or raffle processes, and that explicit reasons be provided whenever an application is rejected.
