I purchased a Swatch Sistem Boreal mechanical watch today, and while wearing it, I noticed a squeaky noise coming from the area where the strap connects to the case. The noise happens with every small movement, and it's quite irritating. Both sides of the watch are making this sound. Is this normal for the watch, or is it a defect? How can this issue be resolved?

I’ve also attached a photo showing the exact spot where the noise is coming from.
