I've been diligently completing their surveys, only to discover they're not awarding me any points! They keep sending me a barrage of surveys, including incredibly long ones. Just recently, I spent a solid hour on a survey with my child that was supposedly worth 2,300 points, and guess what? It never credited to my account!
This is an absolute outrage. I've sent multiple emails to their support team, begging for a response, and I've been met with complete silence. Yet, the surveys just keep rolling in. What kind of survey site is this? Am I supposed to be working for them for free? This is a blatant exploitation of my time and effort. I'm essentially providing valuable data to Surveoo without any compensation, which is unacceptable.
Surveoo, you need to fix this immediately! Credit my account with the points I've earned, especially for that hour-long survey. If you're going to send out surveys, you need to honor your end of the deal and actually pay people for their time. Stop sending me surveys until you resolve this massive issue and properly credit my account!
