Surveoo.com Does Not Let Me Submit Responses and Wastes My Time

I am not always given a survey, but whenever I receive one and try to complete it, after selecting my answer, I cannot find the submit button or any way to proceed. The question just remains on the screen until the time runs out. I have never been able to submit any survey since I registered on Surveoo.com. How am I expected to submit my responses? This issue has been ongoing for the past three months.
