Surveoo Payment Not Processed

I have been actively using Surveoo in the UAE for the past 16 months and have previously received my payouts without any problems. However, on 13 June I requested a withdrawal of 187 AED through my PayPal account, and since that day the transaction has remained in “pending” status with no progress. On 20 June I contacted Surveoo support by email and then followed up two more times, but I have not received any reply, not even an automatic acknowledgement or a ticket number. This lack of communication is very disappointing, especially as I have successfully withdrawn to the same PayPal account before and trusted the platform. I kindly request that my 187 AED withdrawal be processed immediately, or that the pending status be resolved without any further delay. I expect Surveoo to review my case, complete the payment to my PayPal account, and provide a clear confirmation.
