I am writing regarding an issue with a missing payout on my Surveoo account. I am using the Surveoo payout service from the United Arab Emirates on a Windows laptop and I am facing a problem with my most recent withdrawal, which was requested on 12/05/2026 as a gift card payout in the amount of AED 103.60. Unlike my previous withdrawals, which were consistently processed within approximately one week without any delays, this payment has now been pending for over 10 days and continues to show a “coming soon” status without any further updates or explanation. This delay is unusual compared to my prior experience, as my last seven payments were all processed on time without any issues. At present, there is no clear reason provided for the delay, and I have also been unable to find any contact information to reach customer support for clarification or to track the status of this payout. I kindly request that my pending payout of AED 103.60 be processed immediately, or that a clear explanation and confirmed timeline be provided for when the payment will be completed. I would appreciate your urgent attention to resolving this matter and I also expect Surveoo to provide accessible support or contact channels so that users can resolve such payout issues when they occur.
