Surveoo Payment Not Processed

I have been actively using Surveoo in the UAE for the past 16 months and have previously received my payouts without any... problems. However, on 13 June I requested a withdrawal of 187 AED through my PayPal account, and since that day the transaction has remained in “pending” status with no progress.
