Sürat Kargo Refused To Compensate Damaged Parcel



On November 20, 2023, the package I received was a total disaster – not a single intact item; everything was shattered. Despite charging extra for fragile items (₺300), it was nothing but carelessness. A blatant money trap. To express my discontent, I wrote on Xolvie. I received a response, but the gentleman from customer service was more irate than helpful. His tone suggested as if I personally smashed their package. Neither the courier's behavior nor the attitude of the customer service gentleman was pleasant. They claimed they would get back to me, but after that phone call, they completely ignored the issue.
